Raw vegan chocolate Chia Seed Custard

  • 1 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa powder)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds

  1. Pour the almond milk into a bowl with the chia seeds . Take it to the fridge for an hour, checking it every 15 minutes and mixing it. After an hour add the cocoa and agave syrup, salt, and vanilla extract. Serve and garnish with a tbs of coconut milk
